Lance, the Developer, was great. He walked personally with us around the whole development, pointing out plusses and minuses of the lots and really made us feel like we were able to select what personally fit us.

We build our houses with tremendous quality. The thick walls, the good heating and cooling systems, alot of glass in the houses so the views can be seen from inside the home… this area is for people who really enjoy nature.

Alot of times people want to know why we build the way that we do. With the custom process that we have, I think that we offer more choices to homeowners than the average builder would.

We are trying to make it so the architecture becomes part of the environment. In Indigo Trails you get the benefit of having nature close by and have it surround you without being quite so isolated.
